The ability of Visa’s relationship managers to inform EU Member Banks about the valuable opportunities presented by Visa Business was hampered by having to rely on emailed information, phone calls and posted brochures to aid their pitches.
We were asked to investigate the problem and make recommendations. We suggested building an intranet-delivered distance learning and sales support resource, dubbed Visa Business Knowledge Forum (VBKF), which we designed, wrote the content for, and built.
The online system features ready-to-use PowerPoint presentations on every aspect of the Visa Business
product, and provides access to regularly updated research and key facts by market. The VBKF allows sales staff to mix and match any number of pre-approved presentations and then download them to their laptop for use in face-to-face meetings.
