Citigroup asked us to help increase the visibility of their corporate card offering. Despite providing a single global expense data file and other exceptional properties, they were missing out on tenders for multinational accounts.

Having conducted a needs analysis of the salesforce, an audit of the existing pitch, marketing and sales materials, and a competitor review, we developed a marcomms strategy based on key messages reinforcing Citigroup’s product strengths.

We designed a suite of printed and digital pitch materials, created an advertising campaign and designed a range of sales support collateral and brochures that were all built on the same message platform. Citi reported a significant growth in awareness, tender opportunities and sales following the implementation of our product positioning and collateral.
